Great Jones Distillery
Set on a historic site, this whiskey distillery is the first to open in Manhattan since Prohibition started in 1920. Covering more than 25,000 square feet across five floors, the space features a working distillery, two full kitchens, event areas, a main restaurant, several bars, three elevators, signature staircases, and a VIP lounge. Its most striking element is a 500-gallon copper still.
